te Pa is on the list of Top NZ Wineries for 2022

Our team is celebrating another success, with the news we've been named on The Real Review's list of Top Wineries from New Zealand for 2022. 

Wineries are selected when they consistently produce high quality wines, so we're stoked to be awarded this accolade. 

Check out this great explanation from the Real Review website, which outlines how the winery list is created: 

"The Real Review Top Wineries Certificate is awarded to a select group of wineries that consistently produce excellent wine. The Top Wineries list is a national benchmark that shows where your favourite winery is placed amongst its peers."

te Pa 2020 Chardonnay (94 Points) 

"This is a seriously good chardonnay that gets a tick in every box from me. This smooth-textured wine conjures up images of whipped cream, green apple, nectarine and a suggestion of hazelnut. It's a bright, vibrant and refreshing wine. Just the thing for pan-fried snapper garnished with a squeeze of lime."

te Pa 2018 Sauvignon Blanc Oke (92 Points) 

"Fermented and aged in 320-litre French oak barrels ('oke' translated to 'oak'). Rich, silky sauvignon blanc, with ripe and moderately concentrated flavours. An impressively textural wine that retains good varietal character." 

te Pa 2019 Riesling (93 Points) 

"Taut, vibrant, off-dry riesling with white flowers, lime zest, saline and oyster-shell flavours supported by fine, ripe acidity. The wine has appealing sweet-and-sour tension and impressive purity. An attractive wine."
