Summer in the Northern Hemisphere means time outside, BBQing, and of course, enjoying fresh seafood and deliciously chilled white wine with your family and friends!  

So naturally, we are so pleased to see that Wine Enthusiast Magazine has given our beautiful te Pā 2025 Pinot Gris a BIG thumbs up as the perfect summer sipper. Check out the glowing review, and stunning 90 point score below: 

"The nose on this heady, fruity Marlborough Pinot Gris is reminiscent of a green-apple Jolly Rancher candy, sprinkled with a bit of dried oregano. It’s light and refreshing, but with a slight creaminess to the texture that suggests it’d be a knockout with summer seafood fare. A crowd-pleaser if there ever was one."

How delicious does that sound! We reckon some great food pairing ideas would be grilled scallops wrapped in bacon, prawns or scampi on the bbq, fresh white fish, or even a good ol' smoky fish dip with some crackers. Serve the seafood family-style, and the wine chilled, for a really good time!
